The Godai Metsuryū (五大滅竜 lit. Five Great Dragon Slayers), led by Kazuya Hikari, is a criminal faction based in Tokyo, Japan, though with ties in several places in the United States, Russia, and East Asia. Though the apparent leader is Young-hwan Park, the title however mainly serves as a figurehead, as the official leader is Kazuya Hikari. Many of their activities are unknown, but it is no secret they run in money laundering, extortion, contract killings, thefts, and assassinations. This does not seem to be their primary focus, rather just means to an end. What that end seems to be is currently unknown.

Personality: Cold and heartless, Young-hwan is an expert in gunmanship, and the only thing he has in mind is protecting the others in the group. Despite his condescending nature, he has opened up slightly to the other three from time to time. He acts calmly in all situations, which causes many to find him mysterious and unreadable.
History: The first born and only son of a Korean couple living in Seoul, South Korea, Young-hwan doesn't remember his parents. He has only the fuzziest of memories of them. They were killed when he was five years old. Left to fend for himself, Young-hwan became cold and hardened by his life on the streets, leading to him picking up using a firearm to defend himself, as his mutant powers, which manifested when he entered high school, would attract far more attention. Becoming skilled in the use of a firearm in a short amount of time, he was soon approached by Kazuya, who had heard of a master gunman roaming the streets of Seoul, and upon Kazuya's request, would become the second member of the Dragon Dynasty.
Qi: Young-hwan has the ability to control light, allowing him to shape and manipulate light and bath everything in total light, blinding his opponents, or allow him to teleport massive distances via light. He can also turn himself into an entity of pure light, bypassing any physical defense and inflicting internal damage as well as allow any other attack to pass right through him.

Personality: Zhen is a calm and calculating thinker. She is relatively pragmatic, and she tends to think of longer term consequences rather than the short term need to help someone. Zhen is generally distrusting of virtually everyone, except for her little brother and to a degree, the others in the group. Above all, Zhen hates not being able to save people's lives, and will attempt anything to change that. Zhen and Tai share a caring and somewhat symbiotic bond. Zhen raised Tai after they were orphaned, and tends to act very motherly to him.
History: Born on the mean streets of Shanghai, Zhen was orphaned alongside her little brother when she was very young. Unlike her brother, Zhen is incredible intelligent, and her intellect combined with her brother's street smarts had gotten them out of more than one sticky situation. She was recruited alongside Tai by Kazuya after the two of them tried to pickpocket him, having fled Shanghai for a crime they didn't commit, and ended up in Tokyo, but were caught by the younger man. Instead of calling the police on them, Kazuya was instead impressed by the siblings skills, for they had managed to reach the opposite end of the block before being caught, and extended an offer to join the faction he had founded, Zhen accepting after some hesitation, but eventually relented after her brother convinced her to, making her the third member of the Dragon Dynasty.
Qi: Zhen is able to control wind, allowing her to shape and manipulate air, using it as an invisible and versatile weapon that is very difficult to block and dodge, as the air she controls cannot be seen by conventional methods.

Personality: At first, Tai is somewhat off-putting and sarcastic, but he is one of the most mature members of the group. While Tai is logical and weighs the consequences of his actions more, he is a very strong-willed person. He and his sister are very close to each other, ever since they were orphaned, as his sister practically raised him from birth. He is not as widely knowledgeable as Zhen, but he far excels her when it comes to street smart skills.

Qi: Tai can control water in its various phases. He can solidify, manipulate, and bend liquid substances, allowing him to move and shape a body of water to his desire: lifting, parting or otherwise manipulating its form and density. He is also able to control the temperature of water, allowing him to decrease the temperature of water and freeze it into ice, or increase the temperature of water and create steam. As ice is just another form of water, Tai also has control over ice and snow.

Personality: Having witnessed others suffer, Eun understands that people have to be sacrificed everywhere for the sake of others but wants a world without sacrifices. He is however, very straightforward with his thinking and capable of acknowledging his own mistakes. He will also go great lengths to help or protect his friends.
