Tifa is a kind, loyal, honest, and polite humanitarian who strives to see the best in others and has a strong conviction to complete whatever task she feels is her duty. While deceptively strong, Tifa is empathic and emotionally shy. While identifying and responding to the feelings of others, Tifa does not express her feelings often and when she does she struggles doing so. Tifa has motherly qualities, acting as a support for others, and keeping the others around her optimistic. Tifa is a hard worker and spends her time caring for everyone but herself. She is, however, naive, always believing the best of people, and often places the needs of others above her own, becoming apologetic when she feels she has let someone down and also closed to others.

Tifa has dark brown hair, occasionally appearing black, which falls below her waist and is tied at the tips to form a dolphin-tail split. Tifa has two outfits she often wears: a white tank top and black mini-skirt with a belt and suspenders. She dons red and black gloves that extend to her elbows, red boots, black socks, and a metal guard on her left elbow, and the other outfit: she wears a white shirt under a black zip-up vest with black shorts that fold at the waist, forming an additional utility pocket at the front and a short duster at the back extending to her heels. She wears a pink ribbon around her left arm and a ring on her right hand. Her gloves are black and short, covering only her hands.

Tifa learnt a martial art that was focused on speed, reflex and tranquility. She learnt the Zangan-ryu martial art from Zangan himself, an old man whom raised Tifa since she was abandoned at 5. Because of the lesson from the martial art Tifa has the talent to multitask and impressive skill at defense, dodging and counter attack. She's good at her fist and feet then she uses them as weapons. Although she hasn't mastered it all, she was on a level where she could fight against a normal adult that has bigger size than her and able to last long on the battle despite the victory isn't always guaranteed since her attacks wasn't inflicting too much damage but effective enough to slow her opponent movements.

Tifa was forced to be mature at a very young age. Her parents intentionally abandoned her when she just turned 5 due to the safety which is her parents tried to provide her, they were the wanted people that a certain gang has been targeting for a while and having Tifa to be involved was the least thing they wanted to happen. Tifa never know the reason behind the irresponsible act of her parents, having the thought of her existence was being unwanted, it left her a traumatic heartache where she would always afraid of being exiled/left by anyone that she already attached on. Zangan was the one who found and took care of her since then, she taught Tifa about his martial arts in order for her own self defense and he's the only one who knew why did Tifa has abandoned.

Years have passed and Tifa graduated from her middle school, having Zangan as her new father figure and his children as her siblings figure have turned Tifa into someone strong, independent and reliable enough. Tifa would always take care of her unrelated by blood siblings and the do the house chores as if she was the mother figure. Seeing this, Zangan believed it was the time for him to tell Tifa everything she needs to know about her parents and the reason why she was here now living with him. As the expert martial art explained it was the only way for her parents to protect her, Tifa couldn't help but to become curious at what kind of job that her parents did and why the gang aimed for them. Zangan has no idea about it as well but he knew if Tifa's parents were still alive although their location was unknown and the recent message he got from them were to make sure if Zangan signed her up into West Hope High School. The school where they've had attended as students too long time ago.

As another years passed, Tifa already on her second year on West Hope High School and she got a weird letter claimed to be sent by her parents. The letter told her to stay away from gangs activities and make sure to stay out from troubles that related to them. Couldn't take to keep holding her curiousity more than this, finally Tifa decided to go against her parents and determined enough to find a gang that would help her to find out about the secrets that her parents were trying to hide for all these times. Because she knew she would never find out the secrets if she kept walking on a path where her parents had arranged for her.

Tifa has bad habit of hiding her left hand behind her back when she hides or lies on something and she would bury her forefinger's nail on the thumb when she got depressed/stressed.
